Order Cancellations, Returns & Warranty

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order after it has been placed, provided it is cancelled before the order is processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at mail@simplepleasures.nz requesting cancellation, and include the order number in your email. We will refund the shipping amount in full, and the full value of the product less a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is to cover the time taken to process the cancellation & refund, and restocking of the product.

We are unable to cancel any order which has been shipped.

Product Returns

You are welcome to return any product which is unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase. Our Returns policy lasts for 7 days after delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return at mail@simplepleasures.nz and include the order number in your email.

We will refund the shipping amount in full, and the full value of the product less a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is to cover the time taken to process the return & refund, and restocking of the product.

Any item not in its original condition, where the packaging has been opened, the product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or a manufacturing fault, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery may not qualify for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept a return for change of mind of any product which has been opened.

Where a product is delivered to you incorrectly, please contact us at mail@simplepleasures.nz and we will arrange for delivery of the correct product and collection of the incorrect product at our cost.

Refunds

Once your order is cancelled or your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed less the restocking free, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Damage

All packages are shipped with full insurance cover. If your package is damaged on delivery, please photograph the unopened package and give the package back to the delivery agent to be returned to us. As soon as you notify us of any damage, we will replace any damaged product with a new one.

Product Warranty

Our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for a period of 90 days from purchase. The warranty covers faults and defects that occur due to manufacturing failure. Damage or faults that occur as a result of misuse, accident, and general wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

For any warranty claim please contact us at mail@simplepleasures.nz and include your order number, and details of the product and failure. Please include appropriate photos or video of the failure so that we may fully understand the issue. If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product of the same, or equivalent if the product is no longer available. If this is not possible we will provide a refund.
